Tewksbury Dental Associates, a large multispecialty practice, had physically outgrown their existing facility and plateaued in their business capacity. Dr. Nahata opted to build a custom construction from the ground up, expanding his practice from six treatment rooms to ten. The new building has a spacious floor plan, plentiful convenient parking, and provides patients with easy, comfortable access to the most modern and high-tech dentistry available.

The TDA floor plan is semi-open with centralized sterilization and storage. Spaces were specifically designed to accommodate CEREC, Cone Beam, camera and digital x-ray treatment operatories, and a state-of-the-art lab and sterilization center.
